Advice-ish

Here's a word of advice for you all: If you ever lose hearing in one of your ears, check it out before you leave your country of free health care (that's right, sweden is better than america). Just in case you have a chronic ear infection that's going to take three shots of antibiotics in your tush and an insertion of a drainage-tube into your ear.

Other than that everything is awesome though! I can't really remembered what has happened this past week I'm so tired right now, but it's been good. Reading bed-time stories with the twins in a fort made out of blankets to get them sleepy (plan failed. i got sleepy), after-dinner portrait drawing with the older kids, telling stories of PNG, treating a lice epidemic, etc.

Peace out yo. This is from ontop the washing machine where i get reception.

My ear.

Guess what the doctor found in my ear? Fungus. Yum, and I rock at life. Apparantly it's from living in places that are too humid, and swimming in gross water hehe. Anyways, so he sucked it out with something and I could hear it like slurping out gunk, and it tickled sooo bad! Then he put some cream in both my ears and I can't hear anything again. For 5 days I'm not allowed to get aaaany water in my right ear or else the infection will come back.

That's about it...

And here is a picture from tonight. It's my homie Maggie flossing her teeth after we all went out for pizza. The owner gave us free garlic bread :D

A couple seconds after this was taken, a police told me I wasn't allowed to play on the slides and toys... ehm. Oh... hehe Then the next day I was pushing Blanca on the swing, and she was telling me to go higher, so we went higher. Then an old lady on the bench next to me was like "NO! That's too high!!!" I think I have to learn the proper way of playing at parks... Anyhow. We had fun :D

uhh German?

German. German! Everyone here at El Refugio speaks German. Minus Roxana (she's worked here for 12 years taking care of the kids), Tarci (the cook) and Inez (she cleans), and they all leave at 6. So after 6 pm it's all German or Swiss-German. Haha. Tonight we had a team meeting, and thankfully Tamara translated the jist of things for me in English soo I think I know what's going down? Ish. That's cool though, I'll just go with whatever is happening ^^

I love my cellphone camera.

Celeste. Haha.

And this is my new favourite picture of all times :D Stephanie has the creepiest, most evil laugh in the world; it's so contagious, and she won't stop for anything and I love her so much!
